In this regard, you should remember that once you make an enquiry about a particular property through Marshall Properties, you are bound to only deal with this agency in relation to that property. Likewise, if you have already visited a particular house ( which appears on this site) with another agency then you should revert back to that first agent who showed you that particular house with any further enquiry you may have about that house. I will, of course, be happy to show you any other properties on my listing which you have not already seen with another agent. Failure to adhere to this well established custom and practice could result in you becoming involved with (completely avoidable) embarrassment and litigation and will result in you having to pay my fees which in all other circumstances would be paid by the landlord.
